Individual Counselling
Support for anxiety, depression, self-worth, trauma, stress, emotional regulation, identity, life transitions and relationship concerns.
I provide online counselling for individuals, children, teens, couples and families. My approach draws from Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), CBT, DBT, attachment-based work and family systems to support meaningful, lasting change.
I’m Harman Battu, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia. I work with clients across the lifespan and with different relationship structures, tailoring therapy to the person, family or couple in front of me.
My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can better understand your emotions, patterns and relationships. Together, we work toward stronger coping, deeper self-understanding and changes that feel sustainable in everyday life.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship or your family, therapy is tailored to your goals and circumstances.
